1st set - warmup with light weight go 20+ (only for 1st one or two excercise) 2nd set - medium weight 12-15 reps 3rd set - little extra weight 8-10 reps 4th set - heavy till failure try atleast 5-7

@@UchihaObito-dt4pr bhai first go with a weight you can only do about 6-7 reps and do all reps clean af. Then go for a weight which you can lift about 10-12 times and do with it then take rest then go for such weight with which you can go for around 20 reps. Yaha Tak bhai aap bilkul failure pe aa jaoge uske baad aapne bhai agar bilkul muscles ko blast krne hai mtlb completely failure tak Jana hai to aap fir or weight Kam kro or 30-40 reps tak jaao. Exp ke liye pushups hi le lete hai. First set me decline ya fir pike pushups 5-8 reps. Then normal pushups 10-12 reps. Then knee pushups 20-25 reps. Then incline pushups 35-40 reps. Then go for wall pushups for complete failure like jitne bhi reps kar sakte ho karo vo bhi ek hi set me. Hope it helps. Or Bhai ye sab tabhi kaam krega jab aap diet pe dhyaan to vrna to bas strength build hogi muscle mass grow nhi hoga. Your Welcome 🤗

I have a question. I have been working out for the last 10months and now I have started to feel that my mobility and flexibility is relatively reduced. I do warm up and also stretch at the end of my workout. Do I need to add a bit of yoga in my weekly plan?

If our diet is healthy and good no matter what weight we are training but maximun people use hypotrophy training process for muscles growth but diet is responsible for the growth. I always watch your videos your knowledge is good and very genuine. Thankyu

I think lifting should be done Acc. to your body strength...heavy lifting or too much may cause musculosketel disorder MSD.

Protein: bodyweight* 1.5 to bodyweight*2 Calories you google ... Maintenance calories and then take accordingly if you want to bulk or cut

personally..... I warmup with light weight then move on to heavy weight the going down agin to warm up weight..... it's fun and i believe is more effective than 12 rep 4 sets.

The best thing you can do is like what I do .... at first go with high weight as you have strength and energy right now and perform it with good form and at last go with light weight and get a good pump with high reps

Veere yaar upper back vich tear ho gaya si , the Chiropractor said it’s a strain and will be ok if I relax for few weeks per hun almost 2 saal ho gaye , nothing in the x-rays . Any idea ?

kisi me Mussel ki 1st exercise me 2-3 warmup set lo 4-6 reps weight bhdate hue fir apne main set start karo same weight rakhte hue, or baki ki exercise me 1 4-5 reps ka warmup set leke main set karo same weight rakhte hue.

Sir konsi exercise me light weight se karni chahiye...jese ki side lateral rises, aur rear delt flys with dumbell, aur dumbbell single hand triceps extension...aesi kahi sari exercise he to...aesi aur exercise bataie...jisme hame jyada heavy nahi jana chahiye aur medium ya light weight se workout karna chahiye...

bhai roj try karte rho phle din ek.lgega dusre din 2 lgega hafte me 3 bhi lgega 2 hafte me 4,5 bhi lagega. Jitna lagta hai lagao dusro ko mat dekho ki kaun kitna lga rha hai khud pr vishwas karo aur focus kro. Kisi se puchna kya hai bhai insan ko khud apne baare me jyada pta hota hai ki dusre ko shortcuts nhi hote hai in sab cheejo me koi bs mehnat kro aur gym me jao toh ye soch ke jao ki aaj itna krna hai toh bs krna hai aur krna utna hi hai jitna body jhel paye.

yaar jitna tumse lagta hai utna uthao na simple baat hai khud ko maalum hota hai ki vo kitna weight utha ke usse kitne raps nikal lega. Lekin log heavy weight utha ke jhatke dene lag jaate hai na muscle pr koi effect pdta sath me injury aur ho jaati hai.
