There is this trademark issue with Titania ... and the ONLY way for Jen to keep the trademark would have been to ... a) use it on the dating profile and b) have the men PAY HER ... making her a whore. Yup. The real She-Hulk is a free spirit... but she takes responsibility for her actions, and doesn't do stupid stuff that will obviously endanger herself or others. She's successful because she's hard-working and shrewd, and she is respected by others and treats them with respect. And she doesn't have to get in bed with strangers every five minutes, just in order to prove to herself that she's sexy. Because she doesn't hate herself; she never did. She was just shy, and She-Hulk is a fun persona that helps her be confident of the person she always was, inside.

This show is basically about the struggles of a privileged woman, and we haven't been given a single reason to root or even care for her. So far they have only given us reasons to dislike her. She puts mansplaining on the same level as being on the run from the government for a decade, she had to be pushed by her friend to Hulk out and save the jury, she immediately takes the job offer from the very same person who was being sued for causing a number of "accidental" deaths and she gets absolutely wasted when she can't get all the attention at her friend's wedding.

I think it might be because, like me, she hates this kind of "female representation" from Hollywood. After all, if they haven't already gone with the angry lesbian architype, they tend to paint us as swimming in our over emotional feelings while getting drunk watching romcons, gossiping, hating men, and secretly wishing we weren't SO SINGLE. Like show us being strong by making actual intellectual decisions as a leader and handling problems with both a heavy hand and COMPASSION for both the men and women under us EQUALLY. The character is way too attractive for how the show treats her, 10 years older, 1 eye missing, humped back, 70 lbs heavier would make far more sense. The character is 37 trying to date men in their late 20's and early 30's with established careers for a casual relationship, and it's mysteriously not working out. She'd do much better with guys in their 40's, which we will never see.

AZ, Jayne - you both bring up a good point about the overall lack of writing quality. These hacks they hire for cents on the dollars have little to no writing credits and are simply adding to their weak resumes. This is reflected by the garbage that's being churned by Disney as a whole.

Most single women in their 30's and older act like they're still in college. These types of women end up asking for the manager, calling police and just being angry/sad/cunty people. And bizarrely, they're progressive educated white western women. My Asian gf's that are single in their 30's are businesswomen that have no time for family and they hate their western counterparts who they call lazy and fat and stupid. What is truly worrying is the example this is setting for younger generations, they'll see this garbage and think that it's OK to behave like this, the writers need to get their shit together before attempting anything like this in the future, what a truly awful show. Okay, I know it's a pointless question, because the writers don't care about plausibility or powers... but why would the writers think that Jen wouldn't just tow her own car? I mean, She-Hulk has got super-strength, and she is well within the "bench press cars" range of super-strength. So albeit her car would be a tad bulky to walk with, it wouldn't be impossible for her to just carry the thing to the next service station. Possibly by jumping and bounding along with it, if she were in a hurry.

Did they seriously do a mid show recap that should've been handled at the beginning of the episode? Did they think this would be funny? This feels like a last minute re-shoot that could've been solved during the pre-show recap, but they weren't smart enough to do that. Instead they thought acknowledging the fact would be funny. It failed.
