I ONLY get sales at night now. ZERO during the day. My coupon promo expired on the 27th and that made it so sales kicked up a LOT. I'm just leaving my coupons off now. Seems to help since I was getting 100% organic, and ZERO promoted. After 21 years on ebay, I still cant figure it out LOL

Me too! I’m getting absolutely nothing during the day. My sales are down by 40 percent from last month with 1500 items and I keep adding more. I don’t get it

There's a lot to say about perceived value. I've raised prices myself on old items and sold them within a few days. It is mind blowing but it works sometimes. ❤

On the 1st, I bumped my simple promoted from 2% to 4% across the board. Offers to send jumped, off-site traffic tripled and sales are steady. Things almost seem to be working like they should be on my end. Maybe there’s light at the end of your tunnel soon.

I don’t get orders with sales .. isn’t that crazy !! Very odd how eBay is working .. I was charged for 109 items ended but I ended 6 I ended up getting a refund after two agents! Definitely glitch! Glad you are selling stuff for higher value 👍 I New Year’s Day I sold 13 items after nothing for 3 days and I felt the same .. if only sales were allowed to flow without suppressing for promoted 24/7 life would be wonderful! I’ve got 1,000 items! I don’t think it can maintain with glitches .. they’ve added too much and the system can’t function properly! It’s so delayed by minutes .. not good for offers when we get that delay!

Promotional shipping discounts are not working. Adding eligible items to the cart does not calculate the shipping discounts correctly. James, check your free shipping promotion on media items. I tested it on your store. I added three eligible media items to the cart and it wanted to charge me $4.25 shipping. I reported the issue to eBay. While waiting for a fix, I will just have to issue refunds to buyers. I imagine this issue will keep some buyers from completing their purchases ☹

Yeah, I had a free shipping not work the other day and just checked the vinyl sold today and it did not work. Good call. I see people on the boards saying this also.

Is it possible that a majority of your items are impulse buys rather than searched out purchases hence the overwhelming promoted sales.
