I know this answer lol. After they've bloomed and the leaves are yellow, you can either divide with a shovel like Devin did or you can dig them out completely but carefully (water well the day before) and hand divide. I prefer hand divide with these are they are more finicky. Don't cut back the foliage unless it's just before winter and snow.
