Absolutely! I think 2 1/2 teaspoons should be good for the rolls!

Yes, you can add tangzhong, but it's hard for me to determine off the top of my head because I haven't tried that method yet.

@@hellolisalin i saw on recipes that for tanzhong its 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp water

@@elliotkim2349 I have a slightly different recipe for tangzhong, but what I meant to say is I don't know how you'd adjust the other ingredients. Honestly, as someone who makes bread recipes with tangzhong all the time, I didn't think it was necessary here. The pumpkin puree provides a lot of moisture
