That toxic fan character is easily the scariest villain in the show so far, because that is someone you WOULD meet in real life. Vivienne Medrano absolutely nailed it with that character.

The real mastery with that character is that he simultaneously reflects both Fizz and Mammon. With Fizz it's a dark mirror, reflecting his wants and desires in the worst way possible. Creepzo is the manifestation of what Fizz fears being as their relationship is somewhat a mirror of what he is hoping to have with Mammon having a relatively unknown performer 'using' someone more famous. At the same time Creepzo ends up 'trying' to manipulate Fizz the exact same way that Mammon does by playing to his insecurities. This somewhat 'bright' mirror shows just how pathetic Mammons manipulations are because of how baseless the constant criticism is. They also share the exact same base desire of wanting to use Fizz, reaping all the reward for minimal effort. It really is an amazing character from a story telling perspective I don't see talked about very often.

personally I do not think Blitz wanted to shoot the obsessed fan in front of the crowd. _He_ wouldn't give a damn, but he knows Fizz would. There are kids in the crowd and Fizz is really protective of his image and his fans, so he'd probably be upset.

Exactly, it was a good call for Blitzø. He realized Fizz was having a panic attack and then looked worried, and so he got the guy out of there, helped Fizz before Mammon showed up and made it worse. Shooting the guy would’ve just made Fizz’s panic attack worse, because he doesn’t like blood (he doesn’t care that much normally, but while he’s panicking def wouldn’t be good) but mainly wouldn’t want that in front of his fans (esp there being kids in the crowd like the sweet kid he just talked to). Blitzø doesnt give af abt shooting him in front of kids, but knows Fizz does. And then it’s not like he forgot abt the dude, he knew the guy was gonna try smth, so he immediately went and followed the guy around and blew his head off the second he tried anything. I also just realized that when Glitz and Glam were going on and Fizz ran away upset, Blitzø knew he wouldn’t be able to help him, so he went to go get Asmodeus. That’s why Asmodeus came to Fizz’s dressing room right away and knew he was upset. Blitzø is so sweet fr. In love with Fizz and Blitzo’s dynamic

My personal headcanon is that the explosion temporarily damaged fizz's hearing, as we can maybe surmise that the horns are connected to hearing in some way, seeing as the small imp boy also had broken ones. Maybe it's like with humans that _can_ regain hearing after a traumatic incident if the eardrums weren't entirely destroyed, but during the time when he thought he had completly lost it, Fizz learned to sign and afterwards, he kept the skill, becaue very clearly, he has a big space in his heart for the 'broken' ones.

One thing I haven't seen many reactors mention is that while Glitz and Glam had a great final performance, it was mostly just a dance routine. Fizz put actual circus and clown acts, like trapeze, balancing, and fire-throwing into his, which just says to me that he would've won that competition fair and square if he hadn't quit on the spot- since it is a CLOWN competition.

Did you notice in episode 6, Fizz woke up early, drank coffee, put his hat on, and got into character before Ozzie woke up. He didn't want Ozzie to see him when he's not "at his best", he thought he had to be his clown persona all the time, even with the one person who loves him no matter what. So Fizz taking his hat off and showing his real self was really powerful for his character development

What I personally find endearing in Ozzie and Fizz relationship is that Fizz doesn't hide his scars and broken parts from Ozzie. Like in previous episodes we see that Fizz is sleeping without his hat on, he grabs it later. Or Ozzie isn't even surprised when Fizz takes off his hat. This and also the fact that he helps him with his phrostetics. I don't know it just so wholesome that Fizz has someone who loves him unconditionally for who he really is. Definitely my favourite couple of any animated series I watched.

It was like in last episode where Oz said that lust shouldn't be forced with potions and what not, that is exactly what Vanlentino does. He pretty much looks up to Oz in a copious amount of envy and wants to be as powerful as him potentially becoming is own embodiment of lust. That's why, lore wise, Valentino looks like Oz.

I get Val idolizing and coveting Ozzie but the appearance thing doesn’t make sense because Val looks like that because those are Moth features and he’s a moth demon which just happens to look like pimp attire. Ozzie doesn’t look like that naturally but has to put on attire that makes it look as such. Val manifested in hell looking like that. If Ozzie had a single feather in his hat I probably wouldn’t latch on to it too much but he has two which was why I thought they were his antennae until I learned he’s actually a rooster haha

​@@Omn1Media I mean, when Oz is in that outfit that he's rarely in, that was the first thing that I thought about was how Val looked in the Addict music video. How I tie the outfits together is the Plumage around Oz's neck and the fur around Val's collar. And then you had the feathers and the antennas which are conveniently in the same place. But when Oz is in his preferred form, biiiiiig difference. I think the thing that I thought that worked well was how Val made himself look more flashy than Oz could in a bad way as if he was trying too hard, and that one broken antenna on his head shows how he was put in his place that resembles himself lower in the status quo of the hell hierarchy (probably by Alastor). I know that he was possibly manifested this way and it possibly was a coincidence with their partial similarities, but I don't know if sinners can modify their bodies to look differently, and I would assume that it is possible considering Vox was a box TV and was later a flatscreen TV. I thought it was smart to make Val look more like a pimp, and Oz looks more professional in his suit to show how opposite they are to each other with easy to spot comparisons while Oz is in his less powerful form.

Yeah, the comparison to Valentino is not accurate at all. Mammon only cares about Fizz as far as he's a cash cow for him, they're both abusive obviously but Val is a manipulator while Mammon is just upfront about everything.

Val has to use his saliva and sweet talking to lure people in because he's only an overlord, and not even a really strong one either. If Asmodeus wasn't here to back up Fizz then Mammon 100% was going to squish him or worse.

He was insulted twice in this episode. Once was after blitz was bailed out by fizz so Mammon didn't do anything. Second was after Asmodeus backed fizz up. I didn't read anything wrong, you're just making judgments based on literally nothing

As someone with an anxiety disorder triggered by an inferiority complex, Fizz's panic attacks in this episode really hit hard. They're way too recognizable and relatable; him pulling at his collar because he feels like he's suffocating is a dead giveaway. It's something I once got in trouble with my boss for at a previous job (or more accurately, to *stop* tugging at my collar, I opened the top button of my uniform, and THAT is what I got in trouble for). The feelings and beliefs of "I have to be better," "I'm not good enough," "I'm not doing enough," "I'll lose everything as soon as people realize I'm not enough," etc.... yeah, welcome to my brain. I love this episode; but it also hurts.

Eve, just the title of this episode, “MAMMON’S MAGNIFICIENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli)” is a show of Mammon and Fizz’s dynamic. This episode isn’t about Mammon, it’s about Fizz. It’s his story to tell, it’s about him, but still, Mammon take that and make it all about himself for his own benefit, and Fizz ends up just being a “featuring” in his own story. That’s something that is even more shown by the fact that everyone at the show this night is wearing Mammon merch. Mammon keep telling Fizz that he have to do this because the fans want it, but none of those supposed fans are actually really caring about him, they’re not even wearing Fizz’s merch, they’re wearing Mammon’s merch. The only person wearing Fizz’s merch is Oliver, the little imp using sign language, with the broken horns. He’s the only one we see attending the show who actually looks up to Fizz for his talent and want to be a clown like him because of that.

Don't know if anyone has commented on this: the mirrors. When Fizz looks at the one with Mammon's design (his freaking mouth for f sake), he gets worse. Then he checks on Ozzie's mirror, smaller, in shape of a heart, and it helps a little. We could say it's also how Fizz feels and sees himself with Mammon and with Ozzie. Beautiful comparison I don't think was made at random.

Fizz and Ozzie are my favorite second couple their relationship is so healthy I love that they would talk and communicate I just wish my first favorite couple Blitzø and Stolas would communicate like them because I love them but they need to figure things out and communicate then get in a relationship but I am really scared of their discussion in the next episodes I feel they will make me cry.

This episode really resonaded with me in a few different ways Im a person who deals with generalized anxiety disorder and im a perfectionist by nature so the way Fizz started to shake and unravel with this notion of having to be this perfect person really hit home for me and watching that scene with Ozzie and you see him break down and remove his hat made me break down and cry 😢 but it was also so healing and heartwarming to see the way Ozzie made him see his self worth and I think their relationship is so beautiful ❤ I really hope Blitz and Stolas are able to reach this too.

Im so dang glad this show gave us Fizz and Asmodeus' relationship so we didnt have to keep riding on the angsty Stolas/Blitz wagon too much. Fizz and Asmodeus are such an incredibly wholesome and supportive relationship, it's insane! My heart cant take it!! But I'm so happy they exist. Fizz has definitely become one of my favorite characters, I've loved seeing his growth
