The touchdown single leg squat is KEY for strong & stable knees! This is why so many of my patients with knee pain find dramatic results with it as a part of a comprehensive rehab program. Just scale it to a height that’s pain free and build up as possible! A good goal for most is a 12” height box or stack of plates for a set of 10 reps! . Shout out @abby for the opening stitched video & @muscleandmotion for the amazing anatomy graphics. @sandysklarxfit with the hinge demo!

@Steve-lu6ft I know that dude. Doesn't hurt to ask anyways. I'll make my own decisions at the end of the day. I've had it for years and i deal with it. I know a lot about it. Thought this guy has some pretty good info and better than any physios I've seen so it doesn't hurt to ask him

I’ve been incorporating these for my knees. I had the same problem couldn’t walk down steps or do any bending motion without my knees trembling a lot. It just happened one day and it’s been ten years. But with these and reverse nordics I’m able to get the trembling down and it’s not as painful. I went to all kinds of doctors got mri’s and nobody was able to help. There’s still pain in my knees till I warmup with nordics. But I kno I still need to diagnose what’s goin on.

Can I just point out that if you are a woman with long legs and a short torso, your legs are required to lift very little, other than the weight of the legs themselves. A woman with developed legs will have almost all of the mass in the lower body.

I can do decent pistol squats on both legs despite having a replaced ACL on the right leg and a torn ACL on the left one I could do them before the injuries and after Still doesn't make my knees stronger and still got injured

I had a replaced ACL on my left knee and although it's definitely weaker than my right leg, I can still crank out 10 pistol squats and it definitely makes the pain go away.

It’s the theory that the internet is 90% bots communicating with each other. Not true yet, but getting truer. The problem is that there are billions of real human internet users still for them to take advantage of.
