My recipe consists of typical items such as unsalted butter, icing sugar, almond flour, desiccated coconut, all-purpose flour, and so forth. There's absolutely no mention or use of iron filings, and these ingredients would never naturally contain them. I'm honestly not sure what the reference to iron filings in your comment pertains to, as it's unrelated to this recipe. You can be confident that this recipe is based on safe and standard baking ingredients.
