Another great video! I appreciate all the information you pack into your videos. I know at some point you did switch to only selling shoes/boots. Are you happy with that still, or do you think you would ever go back to selling clothing again? I've been sourcing more and more shoes/boots because I am luckily able to find better items and it's more abundant than clothing. I am seriously considering niching down and not doing clothing any more. It scares me though lol! I offer free returns on ebay, so that's kind of a concern. Just wondering how your experience has been. Thank you for all you do!!

I would list the over the knee boots as black patent faux leather pointed toe stiletto heel. I sold a lot of them in different colors on PM last year.

JB Dillon is a Mexican boot maker and does beautiful work. I just restored a pair of goat skin women’s leather boots. They looked so dried out but a few days later like brand new. Great boot maker!

Hi sandra. I saw like peeling on the insect of the j crew flats, or not?? When you find any shoe good brand peeling do you still take them ? Or leave them behind?? Do you list them or trashed them??

There are very minor scuffs, but no peeling. I don't pick up shoes with peeling on purpose (unless the brand/style is very worth it). I do often times find scuffs peeling once I get home and start to clean the shoes under lights. Unless the damage is extreme I still list those shoes. I just price them way below market value. They do still sell eventually and I at least get my investment back.

On Poshmark they can't return due to fit. I've never had a return on Depop is the 4-5 months I've been selling. On eBay my return rate is about 6%. So I get some returns but not a lot.

I sold a pair of Clark Maryjane shoes and they got returned twice. I’m afraid of selling Clark shoes because this pair ran small. Is it like that with all Clark shoes? Or maybe this pair is irregular or something? Both buyers that returned the shoes loved the pair but they just didn’t fit. I would love to keep the pair myself but they aren’t my size. Anyway that’s why I don’t buy Clark shoes even though they are a good brand. Does anyone else have any trouble with the sizing on them?

This has never happened to me with Clarks, but it has happened with other shoes (some Gianni Bini maryjane heels, American Eagle oxford booties). They got returned 2 or 3 times due to fit. Maybe sometimes shoes are not labeled right at the shoe factory. Also, older styles could run smaller or bigger. Hard to say for sure. Just relist that return and describe in the description that they run small/big and provide toe to heel measurements of the insole. That could help.
