We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

Sam, Max and Chance…This message is long overdue. My Uncle Brad turned me on to your videos back in 2019 and I’ve never stopped watching. During this time, I’ve been through a lot of big life changes. A lot of ups and downs. What never changed, was you guys. Your videos were always there for me to enjoy and brought moments of joy throughout some really shitty and confusing times. It’s been like hanging out with friends and cooking together that I can always count on. My life and cooking skills wouldn’t be the same without you guys. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, thanks for being there for me! Much love. -Matthew

I promise you'll like these! As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them. Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs... 1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks 1/4 Part Peanut Butter 1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub) 1/2 Part Mayo Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide) Smoked Paprika Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos) Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks with fork until fine. Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce. After PB and Horseradish are mixed… Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. - Do not over mix or it will separate!!!!!!!!!! Put mixture in eggs - I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers... Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika. Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each. Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

From the Google: "The most challenging thing about this delicious bread is how to pronounce 'pugliese'. Unless you speak Italian, it's not easy to say, but we recommend calling it “PULL-YAY-ZEE”. No worries, however, we will also take orders for “POOG-LEE-AY-ZEE” and “POO-LEE-AY-ZEE”-no judgment here!" Also, that sandwich looks delicious! And the Sons of Sam are hysterical.

I enjoy your videos and I've tried some of your recipes. However, your recipes seem to be made for a family of 4 to 12. I'm 78 and the baby boomers are now the aging part of the population and we don't eat entire subways, hoagies, grinders, or what ever. We can't eat and entire rack of ribs or beef ribs. A very, very long time ago I use to be a Marine for 21 years with 3 years in combat. Thank God the Marines ingrained in me the benefits of remaining physically and mentally fit. When I was a Marine platoon commander in Vietnam in 1969, resupply was unreliable and ammo and water were far more important than food, so one ration needed to last 2-3 days when by doctrine it would have 6-9 rations. At age 78 I'm still within a couple of pounds when I was a Marine Captain in the mid-1970s. When I go to the grocery these days, I can buy vegetables for one or two people and I can still ask the fish monger for a specific amount. Almost everything else is in packages to feed a family of 4. I'd like you to take into consideration that the growing demographic in the US is not the young but it is the elderly. Go ahead and do videos where you do enchiladas for 4 and steak for 4, and whatever for at least 4 people, but while I can try to do a proportion reduction from 4 to 1 or 2, it doesn't work. When I reduce recipes from 4 to 6 to one, it doesn't work. I have to experiment to find out how to cook for one to get similar results. There are no cookbooks for older or even younger people who cook for just one or two people. Consider an occasional video aimed at people who live alone or couples who live alone. There are not butchers who are going to give me 4-6 oz of brisket to make a couple of enchiladas. I love your videos, but your descriptions don't downsize well. It's not just you, it's everyone. I bought an air fryer because I'm cooking for just two, me and my 78 year old wife. Neither of us can eat an entire chicken breast, enchiladas for 6, or two whole bone-in porkchops. So the first time I try them, they turn out terrible and so then I have to waste food to experiment to find the right temp and time that works for one or two people. Yes, I know, your answer will be freeze what you don't eat. But you and I know that when you freeze cooked meat that it is tougher and dryer when you recook it. Anyway, just a thought.

There's a regional sandwich born in the 1950's in Nebraska and served from Omaha in the East to Scottsbluff near the Wyoming border and all places North & South of I-80 called "The Frenchie". It's a fried grilled cheese sandwich and pretty tasty depending on who makes it. There's a plethora of information to choose from if you would like to give it a try. No problem having excess chicken for snacking, worst scenario is you use all the chicken in the big F off bread roll and there’s none left for snacking 😂, in this day and age of fridges and freezers, you can never have too much Max 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Btw, I looove garlic and I looove spinach, I use peppers cut finely in dishes as they are not my favourite thing but the way your peppers cooked slowly with garlic made my mouth water and will definitely be giving them a go 😋😋😋❤❤❤

The Kajunga Burger 1/2 lb lean ground beef 1/2 lb chopped red pastrami One egg Yellow mustard Bread crumbs Swiss cheese Russian dressing Sauerkraut Any kind of bun, I like brioche or rye Mix the meats, egg, a good squirt of mustard and enough bread crumbs to hold it together. Let it sit for 30 mins, make the patties fit the buns, a little thinner is better than thick, grill the patties, toast the rolls, add some kraut, add some dressing, melt some cheese on it put it on the toasted roll and make sure you are sitting down, they are that good you get weak in the knees…..

I believe I’ve watched at least 90% of every video you have ever made. I just have to say this sandwich looks absolutely amazing. Maybe the best sandwich aesthetically of all time. And I’m sure it tasted amazing with great texture. Well done.

Chance this isn’t subway buddy this is Sam the cooking guy!! Sam definitely does not make sandwiches with more bread than meat like subway does!!! I absolutely hate that and I also hate subway and haven’t eaten there in over 10 years because I definitely love more ingredients in a sandwich than more bread!!! Seriously who like 80% more bread than all the ingredients that go in a sandwich???

Love the channel, really, but I think a little acidity could have helped this in my month's mock telling of this sandwich. Maybe some crushed red chili flakes with parm in the breading. Pepperincini could have been nice too. Not being a dick, I'll try it this way, but I think too many red peppers.

Have you considered using wooden cooking utensils instead of plastic? Delicious NE style sandwich, you will find a variation of this at many Italian American establishments.

First Recommendation 05/01/24. Today's recommendation 06/17/24. Re-posting each video because this recipe is THAT good: Chicken Enchilada Soup Dishes: Large Soup pot, medium pot for the protein & broth Protein - Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, simmered in chicken broth until mostly cooked. Pull from the broth (saving the broth), and shred. Reintroduce to the final pot along with broth as needed. Spices - Cumin, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Smoked Paprika, taco seasoning, Souza seasoning, black pepper. Add-ins - frozen or grilled corn, black beans, black olives, 2 chopped / diced onions, 2 cans green chilies, 2 de-seeded and diced jalapenos, 1 can of rotel diced tomatoes. Sauce-Add-ins - Cream cheese, Sour Cream, Tabasco Sauce, Cholula Hot sauce. 2 large cans of enchilada sauce ( our favorite is Rosaritas). Prepare the protein in a separate pot / pan, once again, be sure to save the broth. Into the main soup pot, place non-sauce add-ins first and start a gentle simmer to get the onions and chilis sweating and start the flavor-mixing process. Lower the heat down to medium-Low and add in the enchilada sauce. Add spices and stir. Add tabasco sauce and Cholula hot sauce and stir. Adjust the spice levels of the chili powder, cayenne, cumin, and taco seasoning to point it's got a serious bite. This is when we temper with the cream cheese ( about half a package/bar ) and sour cream to temper it to desired spice level. Reintroduce the chicken to the main soup pot and add broth to desired amount. Readjust spice level intensity if desired. Remain on medium-Low heat for about an hour, stirring about every 5 minutes to keep the bottom from scorching. This requires patience, but allows all those flavors to mix and mingle together. Over time, this will likely lead to a very gentle boil. Serve with fresh cilantro, sour cream, and shredded cheese. You can also crush tortilla chips over the top for an added texture/10

Looks great! But why not season your chicken before breading it? You can't wear that shirt, have that intro music, and cook unseasoned chicken. If a had a STCG knife, it may all make more sense.

The end of the video has thumbnails for the suggested next watch. You waited so long to put the name of the knife winner it was NOT visible. I know the names are made up and you don't really give away anything on this channel but at LEAST pretend to lie convincingly 😢

I was born in Maine but brought up on Connecticut and then moved back to Maine when I was 6. My dad always called subs, grinders. People looked at him weird when he would order one and then dad would be like you know a grinder with the meats, cheese and veggies. It seemed to me like the sandwich guy would reply with a snooty you mean a sub sandwich? My dad being the Irish a$$hole he is would say No I mean a grinder you effing idiot LOL> I loved my dad and he got his sandwich
