Good explanation but you mention major ingredient is caffeine but if you check the label you will find sugar is the main ingredient, so 2 reasons why you should not too much sports drink (energy drink) 1. High amount of sugar (hyperglycaemia followed by hypoglycemia) 2. High caffeine content (sir have explained).

yup i have started consuming 0 calorie 0 sugar Bang energy drinks in USA , they have 300mg caffeine Bcaa and electrolytes, but I just consume it for the purpose of caffeine , cause this drink does not have maltodexterien unlike other drinks like form starbuck, sir I have learned it from you to read the ingredient list so I would know what I am consuming, please guide every one to do so.

I have a request! Can you make a video on Millets! I think we are eating the wrong grain I'm from South India(Tamil Nadu) and rice is our staple diet....... But in our literature(sangam literature) if you read it, greater emphasis on millets(especially on foxtail millets) can be seen The same goes for North India I guess. Hello Sir I have question about a ingredient we see alot in pre-workouts And they are DMAA, DMAE, DMBA ETC I am asking because I have used the pre-workouts which contains like 400mg caffeine per serving doesn't works on me but when I tried a pre-workout that had one those ingredient, I was feeling like I could lift double of what I usually can lift

It's a stimulant that increases the concentration of dopamine and epinephrine both of which are neurotransmitters and hence you feel a sense of euphoria and increased focus and concentration... resulting in better lifts. Not the best of substances to put in your body tho...
