It was founded by a former chef (Benjamin Prelvukaj) and a former manager (Benjamin Sinanaj) of Peter Luger, hence the name of the restaurant and similarities to the Peter Luger steakhouse.

That's a great Steakhouse. Though the meat finished is a little too....rare for my liking. I know also it's partially a cultural thing what meat preparedness some like. Medium cooked is usually what I prefer.

my opinion, steaks are overrated. there is not that much sophistication in the food other than dry aging, searing and basting compared to the stews, braise, and curries that comes with an in-depth know how.
