Hi Ma’am, Trust you’re doing well 🙏🙏. I have been following your recipes in yt and in my kitchen since 4 years now. Your energy is still the same. Thank you for being there for us. I love whole grains and I use your ideas on a daily basis 🙏. I have one particular reflex with horsegram, whenever I eat horsegram (in any form), I get dizziness for atleast an hour or two. My friend suggests it’s due to lowering in blood pressure, this peculiar behaviour is only when I eat horsegram, what is your opinion on this reflex. Just so you know, I am not going to consider your suggestion as final decision, but it would help me evaluate my reflexes. Many thanks🙏 , Deepthi

Madam. Recently I started preparing idlis with Ragi, bajra, jowar powder mixed with dosa batter and taking to office for lunch. Instead of rice I am following this multi grain idlis in place of rice. Side dishes are sambhar, dal, curries, buttermilk, etc. My doubt is, can I eat this idlis preparation on daily basis. The idlis are very fluffy and dosa too. After watching this video Now I will add horse gram powder also along with the mixture while soaking overnight. Please guide me. Thanks.

Thanks you very much for your good and more interesting recipes!! (I am French and my English is very little, excuse me). I have found roasted chickpeas in indien shop, but I am asking me if it's roasted very well for the digestion. And if that not problem of anti nutriment in roasted chickpeas not soaked? It you know, I am happy to read you. Thanks you.

It’s not necessary to buy or roast them.. you need to soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them and use
