You are proving to be quite the source of helpful information. As someone who has made my fair share of vegan patties I appreciate this. Also I watched another video of yours where you mentioned the benefits of grinding your chia seeds. That was also helpful. I've even been soaking chia seeds and using the gel to put on my hair. I'm amazed by how much more softer it's gotten.

I've been following this ladies posts of her delicious recipes for a few weeks now. This is the first person/vegan who has made me believe that I could possibly become vegan & I wouldn't miss dairy products. I was vegetarian for a few years I couldn't go full vegan cos I love dairy, milk & cheese is my utter addiction & i love eggs. Everything I see her share looks so yum I'm actually gonna buy the ingredients & things needed when I get paid & give it a go.

You must eat both meat,eggs and vegetable. Both are essential. Meat ,eat once within 40 days. Chiken about twice aweek. God created cattle animal for human being. Why abandon it. But must eat readonably not over eating or taking artifial food

Yes she is the best! I have been vegetarian since childhood, but I always had the same problem with cheese. Its so addictive I cant live without it. I have to say thou, year by year I feel its so so bad for your digestive system, and I feel it makes you get more colds too.
@Yulia.chandrika7 күн бұрын
@@othmanahmad7331 you are just a person with an opinion based on your culture. My grandma is an indian brahmin which means nobody in her bloodline ate meat ever in centuries, neither my mother neither I did. She is 94 and still dances energetically in weddings plus having such joyful personality and health. Her own ancestors never ate meat and lived long lifes too. You can discuss needing some among of animal protein but in no way in the world a person need to eat several sources of animal protein and a huge variety of animal meat to survive. It wasnt even like that for carnivore tribes, as they didnt have the variety of fish and meats from a bunch of different animals that we have in the supermarkets. I don't agree with vegans because I dont agree with aggressively imposing on other what they should eat. So if you like to eat meat just do it but dont go around telling others they would die if they dont. Some people are not happy eating dead animals and they like to change it. Christian Seventh day adventist have been vegetarian for several generations and they have one of the longest lifespan too.
