Ingredients
Roasted Oats -4 tsp (old fashioned rolled oats)
Chia seeds-1 tbsp
Dates -2 (soft & deseeded)
Flax seeds-1 tsp (roasted)
Apple-1/2 (chopped)
Cinnamon powder- pinch
Sesame milk or Almond Milk-200 ml
Melon seeds-1/2 tsp
Sunflower seeds-1/2 tsp
Pumpkin seeds-1/2 tsp
Raisins-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Soak Oats for 15 minutes , after 15 min strain & rinse , this helps to release phyticacid from oats & also prevents any digestive issues & well absorbed by the body, soak chia seeds for 10 minutes & strain then keep aside .
In a mixer jar add oats dates flaxseeds apple cinnamon powder sesame milk grind smooth then serve to glas & add sunflower seeds melon seeds pumpkin seeds raisins & soaked chia seeds .
Enjoy for breakfast , this helps in Weightloss.

I have a problem when you say, Highly Nutritious & Calcium rich with processed oats. Once an item has gone through processing, its no longer Highly Nutritious & Calcium rich. When they put an item through 360 degrees to destroy any live organism, it is no longer food healthy. All the nutrients have been killed by the heat. This is true for all processed foods.

Roasted oats 4 tsp, soak for 15 min, chia seeds 1 tbsp , soak for 10 min and strain and keep side:; oats strain and wash , put in a mixer jar,soft dates 2, toasted flax seeds 1 tsp, apple 1/2, pinch cinnamon powder, sesame or almond milk, grind well, into a glass garnish, add 1/2 tsp each melon seed, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, 1 tsp raisins, and 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds

This is one and only smoothie that I stuck with for the last 5 days. I am writing here because I wanted to share my weight loss success. I have lost 4 lbs in last 5 day. I have this smoothie as a replacement for my breakfast. I am so full with it till lunch. My Lunch /Dinner is green salad, one slice of bread or 1 Roti or a cup of rice along with vegetable, fish grilled or fish curry.
