If you’re on a laptop or desktop you can open up the Spotify link & have the video play at the same time! It might not work on your phone!

@@paulagabay9915 Yes that would work!! There is something with the KZbin app on the phone that it won't let another app play audio at the same time.

You could always just say opposite knee to opposite elbow rather than left and right. My wrists had had enough by the end, great routine though! Ty again.

I loved the workout but I don't have the bangles so I did the tougher versions of the exercises. Do you recommend 1 or 2 lb. bangles? I'm fairly strong but also like to be very precise.

I have the 1lb ones! And I find when they are around the ankles it doesn’t feel like much BUT around the wrists it definitely gets challenging. So 1lb is perfect for me and what I use them for!

Not gonna lie- could not do the single leg bridge series and modified to just bridging up and down and then bridging up and pulsing. Also skipped the last two bonus rounds but I showed up for myself and I’m proud of that 😤
