Hi Derpti. It's been just a week that I've come across your workout videos. And I am just loving them. So, the problem is, otherwise too I am 35 years old, a mother of two kids, 12 and 8 years and m really an active person, yoga, walk. And the food I eat too is always simple..no fried. But I eat loooot of sweets. If not market ki mithai...ghar ka ghee gud, churma, halwa, maalpu...what not. I've tried to substitute them with dates but all in vain. I feel really weak if I don't take heavy meetha, I am not able to concentrate on my work until I eat it. The impact comes on my stomach and bust. The rest whole body is fit.

It's because our body craves sugars....start eating fruits on a regular basis, your body will demand less sugars as it is satisfied with natural sugars Starting mei thoda difficult jayega but u can do it👍

Hi Deepti, I have many health issues with me like Arthritis, back problem, saviour joint pain , skin issues and migraine. Also I am a working person who has to work approx 15-16 hours. I am 44 yrs old with 68 Kg weight. Can you pls guide some special exercises so that my existing pain doesn't shoot up. I believe I am going through the menopause phase and suddenly my weight has increased up to 8 kgs. Pls help me.

Mam iam your huge fan.iam making a smoothie with fermented oats and soaked dry fruits (5 almonds,5 pista,4 kaju,4 dates,10 peanuts,chia seeds,1tbsp mixed seeds).iam i doing it the right way?kya isse body heat hoti hai,kuch log kehte hai isse weight loss nahi weight gain hoga.please mam reply kare.kya mai ye smoothie every day le sakti hoo?

Hello mam Maine aj se hi apka work out follow kiya hai aur mujhe bahut hi achcha laga to mene channel subscribe bi kiya.... Mujhe 2 - 3 doubt hai ... 1. Work out ke bad me puri sweaty ho gaei thi aur mujhe bahut pyas lagi kya workout k turant bad me pani pi sakti hu.... 2. Work out me morning walk n exercise dono ati hai ya only exercise Pls mujhe reply de taki me apke workouts ko achche se follow kr saku
