Good morning Erin! I have done this many times and its one of my favorites! I just did it again at 5:45am after a leg workout! Hips. glutes, quads, hams, and even the back feel so good! I would love to see another mandala yoga flow on your channel. I know you have two for sure but an updated one would be much appreciated. I am so thankful to be able to practice to your yoga videos. Also another request is another spine strengthening sequence. Thanks again.
