I’m off work today and made myself a beautiful lunch. I had to have a beer with this episode. F’ing awesome. I bet it tasted so fresh and flavorful. Just beautiful. Fresh caught lunch is the best. I live in houston and have had many lunches by myself in surfside, south of me on the gulf coast with fresh fish. The team is excellent, Taku seems really cool and wise. In my side of Dodge, that's just south of the border with San Diego , those purple invasive (specie) UNI was like by catch, nobody would ever consider harvesting those bastards that have taken over the best point breaks !!!! After this beautifull episode i will be harvesting and sharing with friends the spoils of an epic surf session!!!! This looked so good. Chef seems so humble. If he ever would like to come to Mississipi, there is a sushi chef here in the Flowood area I believe would be beyond ecstatic to cook with him.
