I just love your hands-free flows! A few months back I broke my shoulder and it’s been hard not being able to do anything with my arm. When I started my Physiotherapy I also started doing your flows every day, building up my range of motion and it’s been amazing. Only 3 weeks after removing the sling and actually starting to move my arm, I can now almost perfectly reach both my arms overhead and I believe yoga everyday with you has had a huge influence on that! Thank you so much for your awesome hands-free videos and I look forward to trying out your other flows when I can bear weight on my shoulder and wrist :D

I discovered your channel a couple of days ago searching for hands free practices as I have ongoing wrist problems as a music student (viola player), and I've loved every flow so far! You always give options when you know things may not feel comfortable for some people e.g. with injuries which a lot of other channels don't. I will definitely share your channel with friends of mine who also enjoy yoga, and please keep up the hands free practices :))

Lovely to do a practice which gives the hands a day off and provides its own challenges. Started with strap shoulder stretch which is now incorporated into my daily practice x

I’ve been getting into yoga recently but I was really sad when it started exacerbating my rsi - so it’s an absolute delight to find some that I can still do and enjoy without feeling guilty for skipping all the downward facing dogs & planks! Yes.. this was overall good, but partly terrible for the knees. Coming from standing to squatting and then putting even more, and then eeeeven more, pressure on the knees after. I dont want more wrist pain, but not at the cost of hurting my knees. :(

Maybe you could add a few tips in future videos on how to do this kind of squat as safely as possible (or an alternative for people who don't want to do that), if not already in other videos. I have just discovered your channel and I could follow the video quite nicely. I am going to look into other videos. :)

@@mangouni Hey Malle :) I have this mini tutorial on ways to modify and do a yogi squat a couple of different ways you may find helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gqTEdI2dj5ufhrM My bf has ACL injuries so can't do these and I usually say try sitting on a block or skip it out completely, gotta looks after those knees :) xx
