The sad part is that, because the court is "stacked" 6-3, the "liberal" 3 don't get anything to go their way, and being the newest "liberal" addition to the court since the court was a more balanced 5-4, Justice Ketanji Brown's vote is pretty much moot. She holds the honor of being on that Supreme Court, but her opinion will never move the body.

Never say never. The court that changed the Separate but Equal Clause in 1954 was a conservative Chief Justice Earl Warren appointed by President Eisenhower. Earl Warren was the Republican Governor of California. A conservative court led by a man who stood for justice.
