As a lifelong metalhead (mainly black metal, melodic death metal), I also really love certain underground rap; it started with Twiztid when they were House of Krazee's and then I branched off into a whole plethora of many different horrorcore/underground rap artists over the years. To see two rappers such as yourself sincerely jam out to one of the greatest metal bands of all time brings a huge smile to my face! \m/ I've subscribed to you gentlemen!

Ow yes! this was awesome. Probably my favorite song. Dimmu Borgir composes these parts for the orchestra and choir aswell. This song wasnt made for an orchestra back then, but later they started using a orchestra and choir standard on their albums. And a few live shows with the full setting. If i am not mistaken they asked several orchestras which didnt want to do it. Being "satanic" and stuff. But the Tjech state orchestra is playing the songs with and for them. The trombone guy is legendary in this video. Shagrath and Silenoz are the people writing the songs and everytime is a masterpiece in my opinion. I think Dimmu Borgir at one time was the largest cultural export product of Norway.

The fast part between 7:50 and 8:20, you asked how does the drummer do that? It's called bass, in this case a double bass - the drummer does this with his feet. Stepping on both pedals with his feet one foot after another. There are few techniques to master this and it takes years to make it perfect and not fall out of sync. Otherwise, in this same part, he's only hitting raid cymbal and snare with his hands, which is not overly difficult.
