Another cool diminished trick: drop any note a semi tone and you got one of four dominant chords (Jacob Collier talks about this). Playing around with this my mind was blown when I figured out that you can also RAISE any one note and you got yourself a MNOR 6 CHORD🤯 diminished-> minor 6 plagal cadance to One🫶
