hey bro, it's always good to have some carbohydrates before workout like fruits and the timing doesn't matter it depends on your preference, but you can do it once in the morning and once in the evening.

hey brother sorry for the late reply. The thing is that if you are fully comfortable with the beginner level then move onto the intermediate level and mix them both in your workouts

+Vibhav Hoskote if are comfortable able to do the beginner exercise shift to the intermediate... In calisthenics it's all about the variation if something seems easy... U need to step up in order for your body to grow as u are used to it shift to the intermediate 😊✌

hey man im starting to work out alot i dont have alot of muscle, but i do 100 push ups, sit ups, and 50 pull ups a day. is this a good start or what do you think? if you could reply that would mean alot. thanks

Its good that you can do all those exercises but every1 body is different u need to overload in order for your muscles to grow u can handle ur bodyweight with ease as u can do 100 push ups try doing it with some weights or by doing tougher variations of the same exercises 😊😊😊 Stay tuned and subscriber we will shortly be coming out with a our calisthenics beasts workout routine 💪💪💪💪 #gobeastmode
