I saved every workout that is suitable for me which are in a level of 2 and 4,the level 2 workouts are just for getting used to the exercises,level 4 are of course my daily workouts .Great results so far but still not enough,I'll try the level 6 or *beyond* when I'm older 😁.Also I can't download it because not enough storage ,I'm happy that I found you jordan .Seeing you uploading for 5 years of workouts gave me motivation ,thank you bro see you in your next vid :) First

This was awesome !! Can't believe I did this level, I even enjoyed it. Progress feels good. I only failed pushup in round 3 (too fast). But everything else went skyhigh. This workout was an adventurous lesson. Thank you.

@@faraz9641 listen to what he's saying that is "max out rounds 1-3" that is NOT his pace in this upload. He's at 4.5 level pace to set the tone for the followers getting at it....you have two choices in this instance: crack on as is 4.5 or "max out 1-3" you choose 🔥

Jesus, I maxed all 3 rounds and I can say 1000% that it is very tiring. I haven’t had this tiring of a workout since starting level 6 workouts for the first time. The ending with the 60 seconds or something like that, jumping jacks, followed with the upright plank and the last excerise killed me. This is probably the hardest workout, yes, even harder than the level 6 workouts. I am drenched with sweat and exhausted. I’d say this is a 6.5 or maybe even 7. Great job Jordan👍🏻 you’ve out did yourself once again!!
