Just wondering... Did the Mongolians actually raise cows? Do they eat or cook with any kind of peppers/chillies? Do any Mongolian nationals know what we call "Mongolian Beef" is? Why do we call this dish "Mongolian Beef"? I think the answer to these questions is Chinese-Americans made up this dish & named it. It's not just White people who do Cultural Appropriation.
