I love the slamming of the pancake. Her strength is as admirable as her cooking skills

This is absolutely the very best tutorial for scallion pancakes. Its a hands-down win over every single other upload here on KZbin, including the one on America's Test Kitchen, which is usually the best for most recipes. This lady is the best teacher and got the best result.

This is the best only green onion cake recipe you’ll need - tried many others but nothing compares to this. Crispy outer layer and soft and chewy layers on the inside 👌🏻
I just finished making this recipe; it was fabulous! Slamming the pancakes into the pan made a big difference! Thank you so much for sharing this family recipe!
Two decades I was introduced to the Green-Onion Pancake from a friend of mine and I have loved it very much since. When at restaurants I have always purchased them and so often I wanted to make them myself. Four hours ago the GLW introduced me to this recipe video and suggested that we could make it as she loves it too being that she is Malaysian Chinese. Since the ingredients were readily available and being COVID-19 compatible (basically pantry staples required), we decided to make a half mix for a single pancake as an experiment. We even slammed the pancake as per instructions where the dog ran out of the kitchen. Amazingly it turned out considerably well being that this is a virgin run. The taste needs a little tweaking however it was very much better, thicker than what I purchased in the restaurants with more spring onions for added taste. Recipe is a sure fire ten out of ten.... no doubt it and this is coming from a westerner who does dabble in Asian cuisine.
