I heard we should not heat honey. Heated honey can actually produce delirious effects in the body and can be fatal at the same time. Thanks for the video though, the food looks so delicious, if I can replace honey with something else I would definitely give it a try.

Okay I’m eating it right now and it’s amazing!!! Has a slight kick from the cayenne. I love having the veggie and salmon together in one bite. Also used regular potatoes instead of sweet potatoes and it was still good. I’m going to make Cobb salad next!
