Perfect recipe! Thank you! But I've got a question about the instructions. Should I remove the ham every 15-20 minutes to baste it from the very beginning or only after an hour has passed?

How long is the total cooking time

As a general guideline, bake the ham for about 15-20 minutes per pound, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
