HOLY SHIT after trying to get knee hooping down for 2 years I finally got it RIGHT after this video. WOW I found it helpful to make your lower backup tighten up while shifting your weight, it stopped my upper body from moving around too much. When I finally got it down, didnt have to tighten my back up at all yey :3

I think the key is starting with quite a lot of momentum when you first start spinning it around your legs with your hands.

I just started hooping and I feel like my hoop may be too heavy or I am just a weakling lol. What size hoop is this and what do you suggest for size and weight for people trying to do more off body tricks? I have a 36 inch 3/4 ID 100 psi PE...
@hoopsmiles
@hoopsmiles 10 жыл бұрын
It all depends. Ideally, I would recommend having multiple hoops varying in size from heavy to light and from larger to smaller in diameter. One hoop may not be the best for everything. As far as off body tricks, if you are struggling with the weight, maybe a half inch hoop or smaller would be better.
