I will never forget meeting Troy some (give or take) 8 years ago, and at the time being somewhat intimidated by his intense passion and honesty. Yet it quickly became exactly what led me to believe and trust in him as a leader beyond the shadow of a doubt! A leader instead of a boss, that’s what my experience has always been with Troy. Great video! Brought back memories of so many motovational/real talks I had with Troy. He taught me so much! I met him in 2010, the year he hired me at Geico. I was only 20 years old with so much left to learn still. He put together sales training classes that were super motivating and very effective. The way he talked to us and taught us was like no other! I worked for him for about 12 years. I remember telling him a few times before, "Man, it's like you know the answer to everything and it makes so much sense everytime. I wish I could fold you up and put you in my pocket!" 😂😂 I said that because of how knowledgeable he is regarding so many different topics. I later went on to work for a different company, so that I could work 100% from home and the new company I work for constantly tells me how amazing I am and even has me teaching my co workers my techniques. I have to admit, I learned it all from Troy! He is the best leader I've ever had by far. I used to get a little irritated with him at times because he pushed me so hard but all it did was help me be a better person and I always knew his intentions were good. Thanks Troy!
