I have to agree. I am not a fan of generalizations of any kind, whether that be about straight people, gay people, women, men, white people, people of colour, people with disabilities....etc. I was kind of taken aback by the blatent man hating in this podcast. Being a feminist doesn't require hating men and neither does being a gay woman. The irony in this is that there are stereotypes (i.e. unfair generalizations) about lesbians and feminists all hating men which I know is not accurate. Sadly, I think that this particular podcast episode would only prove to perpetuate those sterotypes. It seemed like anytime something was deemed not ''hot'' an assumption was made that the person submitting it must be a straight woman dating a no good man. Just doesn't sit right with me, I couldn't in good conscience hit the like button for this episode ☹. Btw, congrats lacy on finding yourself such an awesome human!
