I’m gonna commit to this and tell my results everyday. I came from her TikTok she has very good workouts. Day1: I’m a lil bloated today cause I started my period but I did this workout + her TikTok ones (I will do both or one of the each) other than that it felt great and I felt the burn!! Day2: Did both. I’m see good results in my legs from her leg\thigh workout. Day3:completed Day4:already seeing good results Day5:completed Day6:n/a Day7:n/a Day8: I feel less bloated now but I still need to be healthier and consistent Day9: Slimmed down a lot Day10: complete

Day 1: complete [ I repeated the workout x2 today, I'll try to repeat x3 or x4 times for the next day!! Day 2: complete {I did it x3 today, did take some breaks in between some of them but for the next day I'm going to try x4!! Day 3: didnt complete{ i was busy yesterday but i am seeing some progress in my stomach its less bloated now!! Day 4:completed!!

@N6a3lq before my waist didn't go in it was equal to my hips but when I did this workout my waist has become slimmer and my stomach has become flat.hope this helps🩷

Doing this for a week! Twice a day and hopefully I'll see a difference:) If there's some changes i will probably stick to this workout ! Day one: I did this first in the morning and it was very tough, when i did this in the evening it was hard aswell and i am sore since the morning :') Day 2: So now it's the morning and I did it, it was hard but maybe a bit better since yesterday and idk if it was bc it is the morning and I havent eaten anything but I could maybe see a slight difference? Not so sure though, coming back in the evening. Evening now and i did it, a few of the exercises were actually a bit easier now and i could do longer without a second of stopping :) Still sore and tired + i walked 5 km today! Day 3: Didnt do it Day 4 didnt do it Day 5 finally back and it's the morning i'm so tired

Well it depends on everyone’s genes, diet, etc but I think if you stay consistent you most likely will be able to see changes in about a month. You can also take progress pictures and compare every once in a while and you’ll be able to see some changes:)
