The thing i love about this workout pilates is like you dont have to be jumping being on a rampage like other workouts but this one is calm like its so good to do this in the morning

for anyone who's considering starting this workout: it absolutely works. i've only been doing it for a few days (in a calorie deficit) and ive lost a couple inches off my waist, it looks much smaller. My stomach muscles are way more defined too

I did this workout for like a week and OMG ! I haven't lost weight but my core got so much stronger ! I can now do a chloe ting workout without taking breaks even though I haven't worked out in a while ! I might consider adding pilates to my daily workout now !

i used to do Chloe ting before and trust me that made me feel so sad and weak that I gave up on working out completely. Recently I found Lidia's channel and I've been doing her workout challenges w 2 more extra workouts vids of her for 3 weeks now. Trust me it's so good. I didn't lose weight or lose my belly fat but I can feel my arms toned and my upper abdomen snatched. So now I'm thinking about starting Chloe ting again to lose the fat ive got but ik it'll be tough. Please suggest me how to lose belly fat 😩

doing this everyday until i get too bored! day 1: didn’t burn that much idk why? day 2: it was a lot harder today! day 3: todays workout went really quick! doing it before i go and do cardio at the gym and am also doing another ab workout later on! day 4: had to do this on a bed today so was more challenging. day 5: had to do this on a bed again today and it burnt a lot more! (probably because i used a sit up bench yesterday and that always makes me ache sm the next day) day 6: i did this on my bed today AGAIN. burning less but my abs are still achey 😭 day 7: not on my bed yay! did this after overdoing it in the gym i am so achey day 8: my legs are KILLING ME!! this was extra hard today day 9: starting to get a little bored of this. also just realised i’m staying in a hotel in manchester tomorrow and the next day busy so idk if i will be able to workout 🥰 day 10: i am leaving in less then ten minutes now that i have finished and i just did this before going on a train for HOURSSS. day 11: feet are killing me today i did sm walking but i’m home and still managed to workout 😭 day 12: did 12k on the bike in the gym then came home and did this after making some fried chicken 😝 day 13: had to half rush this today 😭 day 14: TWO WEEKS! overdid it in the gym today thought i was going to throw up and faint at the same time (i didn’t) so just doing pilates for the rest of my excercise today because i push myself too much 🥰 day 15: starting to get a lot more bored of this might finish this soon! day 16: i’ve over done it today. this really burnt today and i didn’t even need this video because i knew it off my heart haha day 17: did this off by heart and missed the last two excercise because i had to go out 😭 day 18: this KILLED today because i did a lotttt of abs yesterday without realising until today 😭 day 19: on my bed doing this again but getting really used to this workout but very bored. day 20: very used to this. day 21: i finally have a carpet in my room!!! no more bed yay 😭 day 22: i have decided that i’m going to finish doing this workout and change to another after day 31! so about a week. day 29?: i have been doing this workout but i keep forgetting to write notes so i’m pretty sure it’s 29 😭 day 30: almost done! day 31: I AM DONE!!! one month later of this workout and i do notice a difference, regret not taking before and after photos and measurements but forgot but i do see a difference! it’s going to be weird not doing this workout now! thank you 🤍🤍🤍

I am completely in love with this workout. I spend only 20 minutes a day to do it and I see a nice result after a week. so you can workout only once a week, but if you want it to work, I do twice a day (in the morning after I get up and in the evening).

When I'm about to quit I repeat to myself that "in 1 week I will smell it, in 2 weeks I will see it and in 3 weeks people will notice it" All work pay off so don't give up! Doing it for at least a month! Day 1- the burn is insane, the exercises seem pretty hard Day 2 - the exercises still seem pretty hard, but the burn feels sooo good Day 3 - I am really tired today, but still managed to do it, the burn is still pretty strong! Had to take a few days break, I was a little bit too busy with school Day 4- I can feel the burn, but the exercises don't seem that hard anymore! I have exams season coming up, it is sometimes hard to manage my time, so if you see me skipping few days, don't worry, I just don't have time! Day 5 - the pain is still very much there, but it's easier to complete the exercises Day 6 - did it!

I’m going to be doing this exercise as much as I can. I can build muscle very easily, but that has made me feel unmotivated to even try, so right now I have very little. It’s also summer for me and I want to be able to feel more confident in my body: Day 1: ✅ I had to pause a lot; I was SO TIRED by the end and rly sore/shaky too Day 2: ✅ NO PAUSING !!😻(other than the built in one ofc) I was still a little shaky during the exercise, but it was significantly easier Day 3: ✅ Already noticing a decent physical difference ! Day 4: ✅ I was tired around the middle of the exercise, but I caught my breath and just felt refreshed by the end

Found u from TikTok so imma try do this for myself ( will update for 1 week ) Day 1 - last 2 movements made my arms all Shakey but I love how easy and quick this is yet so powerful Day 2 - woke up feeling the pain but I managed to do it again but lost my balance with the last one - Ideally 2 weeks of doing this I want to move on to the 20min hourglass one Day 3- woke up in less pain but I tried doing this got like 3 steps in then had to do something which made my physically sore and tired so I tried again later but stopped after the Russian twist thing as I was sore Day 4 - got sore fast yet b4 I did a 25min walk but the last 2 I can't seem to do yet as I still feel weak after the Russian twists Day 5 - didn't have time to do it Day 6 - didn't have time but did 8k steps Day 7 - attempted and did a bit I had more breaks and I stopped halfway into the twists

doing this every day for a month!! day 1: it was a little hard to keep up on some and it burnt like hell, but i immediately feel better about myself. knowing that i finally have the courage and motivation to do this just makes me happy. off to day 2 ❤️ day 2: it burnt much more than yesterday, and i could barely do the exercises, but that just means i have to work harder tomorrow. day 3: exercises were definitely much easier but burnt really bad!! i definitely feel way better than yesterday after completing the session. can't wait to start seeing results :) day 4: the exercises are starting to get a lot easier!! while i still have a couple that are a little difficult for me to get used to, it didn't burn as much as it did yesterday. only thing that i do have to mention is that i'm definitely really sore from these past few days ❤

I’ll be doing it for a month Day 1:✅ Ok, it is not hard tough I felt a burn on my abs! Day 2:✅It wasn’t hard, I recommend doing 30 seconds of plank on the rest Day 3:❌there’s no excuse, I just didn’t do it :( Day 4:✅ since today until the end I promise myself I will keep being consistent Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅On last exercise I make 15 seconds of up plank, then 10 of a simple plank, 10 seconds of up and down plank and 10 seconds of mountain climbers. I haven't seen physical changes but I feel like after doing this it's been easier for me to do planks and other workouts . when i first did this workout the sidekicks had me dying and i barely finished the plank, but now after two weeks (i do the workout 4-5 times a week) i do them without a problem!!

Stop why is everyone claiming to do this for a week and then stopping after two days 😭 now that I’m saying this I basically have to do this for at least a week Day one : ✅ I did this one two days ago but with the other video that’s 20 minutes long Day 2 : 🚫 I was really busy the whole day Day 3 (today): ✅ I’m doing this one and the 20 minute one combined plus 20 minutes on incline 9-10 speed 2-3 -Day 4: I didn’t have much time bc I was studying but I did do a 10 minute Pilates workout from this lady at 12am lol Day 5: 🚫 no excuse my bad Day 6: 30 minute Pilates with two different Pilates workouts Btw any of you guys reading this and I haven’t updated for 2 days, spam my comments so I feel guilty and horrible!!

Doing this as a skinny fat person (fat on my belly) that also goes to the gym! (This is basically my abs workout) DAY 1------> some exercise are challenging while some aren't DAY 2------>i hate doing scirrors with my legs lol (went to the gym) DAY 3------> hard, felt like i did worse than yesterday DAY 4----- >not bad ig? I wonder if u should switch to another one (also gym) DAY 5-----> i honestly didn't want to do it but gotta do what you gotta do! Anyways i felt like i did better than yesterday DAY 6-----> i fell like i did worse but idk (also went to the gym) DAY 7-----> no visible differences but I'm getting stronger i think! (It's not possible to see results within a week, you have to wait a month! DAY 8 did it rigth after gym. Felt more burning than the usual DAY 9 did it at 10 pm after being out all day DAY 10 did it also around 10 pm,even if i didn't felt like doing it DAY 11 DAY 12 DAY 13 DAY 14 DAY 15

Gonna be doing this everyday for 3 weeks!! Day 1: was pretty difficult but I got there! I was struggling to hold my balance and it was quite hard ! Day 2: feeling strong! It did get easier a tiny bit but I’m enjoying this. Makes me sweat A LOT! Sorry for not updating, was on holiday but I will start from day 1 again!! Day 1: it was really good and refreshing! Felt good

gonna document here daily to keep myself accountable!! ahh here we go!🤍 day 1: damn that was hard! had to break for a few secs between each exercise and hard to balance for the last two but my abs are on fire!🔥 day 2: did it the whole way through without stopping this time!! still tough but i love the burn! day 3: done! can’t wait until i can fully crush this :) still tough but proud of myself for completing it! day 4: done! starting to see slight definition! day 5: done! day 6: done! balancing is so much easier now

Starting todayyy , heard from tiktok that she's the best Waist -24" Day 1: doneeee🌸 Day 2: doneee 🎀 Day 3: felt the pain as always but doneee🌷 Day 4: my abdomen hurtsss , but doneee😭 Day 5: doneeee😭 Day 6: doneeee🌷 Day 7: doneeee , I'll measure my waist probably tmr to see where I'm standing xx Day 8: My waist is at 23.5" today I feel like it could've gone down to just 23" but because yesterday I ate quite a lot(I ate two small balanced vegetation meals and a small bag of chips) because it was my "saying goodbye to food for the next fast" But yeah workout done🌷 Day 9: even tho I'm on my period, I still did this workout Excuses don't count, get up and work❤. Day 10: doneee, added a twist at the end instead of just holding a plank position when going down i did a push up:) Day 11: really felt the burn of the workout!! Hi Fun fact: I had a nightmare thinking that my waistline had grown to 28" I was so happy to know it's just a dream cause there's nothing more I fear than weight gain. Day 12: workout complete,only thing keeping me motivated is how different I'll look next year 🌸 Day 13: I felt skinny today, well I get told I am skinny but yk that feeling of where you never satisfied and just want to be skinnier and skinner, anyways workout doneee Day 14: my waist is at 23" today!! I feel and look radiant 🌸🌷 Day 15: even though i had a cheat day today i didn't eat that many snacks, i balanced out my meals But workout done🎀

Hoy es mi primer día en pilates y wow he sudado demasiado, me a encantado, la rutina a simple vista se ve fácil pero no lo es definitivante se siente que estas trabajando todo el cuerpo. La voy a realizar por 15 y al final diré mi experiencia y si he notado cambios. Igual la voy a complementar con otra rutina 😊 Segundo día: ✅ wow sí que mi abdomen quema. Tercer día: Se me es más fácil, me motiva cada vez más Cuarto día: ✅ Ya es un poco más fácil Quinto día: ✅ hice otra rutina antes de está y a sido extremo ajajaja Sexto Día: ✅ Simplemente me encanta❤ Sep día: Estoy amando los pilates, siento que es lo mejor que he rralizado por mucho tiempo

day 1, this was so tough to do, i was sweating and shaking and it felt strenuous on my neck but i'm determined to keep going day 2, lot less strenuous on my neck but the burn was unreal i found it a bit easier this time around day 3, alot easier but strenuous on my neck sadly :( i did take one less break than usual also i felt GREAT! day 4, i am starting to see definition!!! felt the burn hard this time day 5, way easier than yesterday, i worked on my breathing throughout this and it genuinely helped so much. really do this as slow and controlled as you can.

Doing this for 50 days! Starting weight: 57kg, goal is to tone not lose weight but we will see! Day 1: done, hurt but wasnt too bad and not hard on my neck Day 2: done, was very tired and my abs were sore from doing it yesterday so def felt the burn Day 3: done, i am going this with a leg workout at the same time so body is very sore but it is getting easier! helu doing this workout for 2 weeks (will update if i cann) start: June 8 day 1: i was shaking like crazy and my abs area is soreee day 2: my abs area was still sore from yesterday's workout so i took some breaks in between. shaking got lesser and i feel great day 3: it's kinda getting easier? i still took some breaks but I'm not shaking that much anymore day 4: shaking got lesser!! and i took very little breaks, my core still hurts haha!! day 5: core hurts less, almost no breaks and no shaking and i feel better ! day 6: no more sore core, no more shaking, no breaks and i feel so much more stronger! i can feel my core getting better
