My thing is in Jamaica I realize you'll have really nice looking BIG house on the OUTSIDE but when you go inside the finishes and functionality aren't all that. For instances why would you have such a big house but a small kitchen that doesn't have an island 🤔 😅

This is gonna trouble a few nerves but you're right but you have to remember Jamaica is a third world country so most not all are classless and have no taste when it comes on to building a home. I have been in so many mansions in Jamaica and the main difference with most of them is their outside design but when you go inside the place is tacky and lacks functionality as you said, most just want a big house and that's it.

As you rightly said they tend to want to rent it out but even so spice up the thing to attract a better price.

To be honest, I'm just angry with the person who built this nice-looking house on the outside, but what happened on the inside??? The living room and kitchen are far too small, as are the bedrooms. The total cost is approximately $95 million. This is completely insane. Please, Jamaicans, construct houses that are attractive on the outside and inside, with ample space and functionality. Because this is a builder's blunder that is deficient in almost every area except the exterior.

Most houses in Jamaica are not designed by architects but by draftsmen. As a result the interior lacks proportions, groupings, flow etc, because the draftsman is not trained to think in those terms. For example, on this house why is the power room in the basement and none on the first floor?

I noticed when you guys are showing a house, you need to stop focusing on the small Pathetic unimportant details like a accent chair a coffee table, soft close kitchen cabinets. Those things are not important. We the viewers can see that a chair or a coffee table a TV a floating vanity is there. Focus on the beautiful staircase and high ceiling , Those are what's important in a showing a house.

At Reading at the stoplight, you turn up long Hill. You don't drive tgrough or pass any unresidential areas to get their. The view up there is spectacular and it's not an over crowded community. It's also gated
