I just finished 30 day compassion challenge. For sure there was many ups and downs through it but it's here and I'm so proud! Thank you so much for providing these courses for free, the app has helped me to calm down and be more collected and patient❤

I finished the challenge 3 days algo and I can really notice a difference within my mood. Emotions used to overwhelm me and Just completely mess up my Day, after the 30 days I often find myself pausing and going back to the present moment to reflect on the action I was doing. Basically, thank you medito.

I have completely found meditation and the compassion and get moving challenge a great help with facing day to day challenges. I would love to help with the study you are doing as regards the connection between mindfulness and compassion. I love the medito app. I did fall behind for a couple of days dye to technical issues with the app. I missed it so much. Finally sorted problem out by uninstalling app and installing it back again. So tomorrow will be my final day of the challenges. Thank you for all that you do.

I've just saw this about a challenge.....I meditate on a regular basis not daily but when I do I meditate twice a day to catch up with when I've missed. My entire outlook has changed dramatically since the beginning of my personal journey and I recommend meditation to everyone.

The 30 dsy challenge has been helpful, I only missed a day due to being on nights and loosing track! On the subject of chest infections, they have been rife this year....I work in nhs and most of our team have been off work! We were the covid ward for 2 years and were less ill, so maybe we should wear masks again! Just a thought to observe! Well done to all who completed the challenge. I'll move on to the other packs, its so helpful. X

I am going to start the challenge from today, but I dont know why when I did this previously I get annoyed with the self compassion meditation, I feel empty and cant feel anything about myself, it feels like subconsciously I don't want to have compassion for myself

That is not uncommon. Lots of people find it difficult to practice self-compassion. You could try starting with compassion for others (choose somebody you have an uncomplicated, loving relationship with) and then once you have got compassionate feelings flowing, switch to sending warm wishes to yourself.

im genuinely dissapointed that yas have replaced the medito courses , each one having its own artwork and placed horizontally next to each other , with a bland vertical list entitled : The Medito Course
