If he bothered to research the issue beyond articles by lazy journalists pumping out click bait he would know that it’s alto’s taking guesses as to what you want to hear or read based on what it scrapped off the internet. Dali AI needed thousands of peoples to click on elements of artwork to label what we see in paintings because it has no understanding what anything is.

The “Omega Team” in Life 3.0 by Tegmark comes to mind. There, ai is used to direct movies with political propaganda, basically using the equivalent of Netflix or Disney to reduce tension between nations or against minorities. Sort of like how they are used today to normalize phenomenons people are unfamiliar with and spread information in entertaining ways. It’s a very powerful tool.

Most entertainment related to a screen, as well as low mid mid level white collar jobs will be replaced within to 10-20 years. Actors and writers better learn to code. They are going the way of the blacksmith and the milkman whether they like it or not. You can't restrict innovation and invention in the long term.
