It’s much more nefarious then that! GOV is directly Involved in this!! Do they care? No! Walk down the food isle and know this is directly killing children! We are warned about hurricanes, tornadoes yet will there ever be a warning directly from the GOV about this? No because there All in bed together!!

If sugar industry execs say sugar is safe, can they participate in a trial that makes them eat 8 oz of sugar a day for one year? This would be an excellent experiment. Include their family members in such a trial as well.

Not just sugar. The carnivore diet works, and isn't profitable by big industry.

At the end she is asked why would scientists do all this and release this information to later be discovered? Her answer: because at the time low fat was the status quo. One can draw a parallel to the same argument and the vegan diet and how they are demonizing meat. Not many people challenge the status quo. What would they gain from it? A pat on the back a decade later? The incentives in place aren't always conducive to criticism.

Interestingly, for all the videos and all the books, still, no one in the government , health agencies , university space seems to KNOW about any of this. Of course, we all know to follow the money, but, still, I would think the damning evidence of Harvard researchers taking bribe to falsify report conclusions , which have had massive impact on public health, would bring the roof down on Sugar,Harvard, and Dietary Policies. Yet, nothing can get changed because the " science is settled, translated, because I said so, that's why".

Sugar, grains, so many others. At this point the FDA is just a bribe receipt factory for industry, and I wonder why anyone takes their 'reports' without a massive dollop of salt (which is also a lot better for you than they say)

The problem is no self control, I have some chocolate or normally something unhealthy every day but 90% of my diet is still healthy, sugar is only really a problem if you don't exercise or have it in massive quantitys

Sugar is an addictive substance like cocaine. Many studies have shown sugar has the same "pleasure" effect on the brain as cocaine. Same for carbohydrates.

If you have insulin resistance, that ‘some chocolate’ can spike your insulin for hours and you’d be none the wiser. If you are doing well, great. Don’t assume that your experience translates to everybody else.

@@coffeemachtspass I mean I was morbidly obese and I never had any problems losing weight, I just didn't eat for 25 days and that fixed my insulin resistance
