My 2 cents... I changed to plant based diet 1 yr ago this month. I have lost over 55lbs in which 30 were gone in first 2 months. I no longer see doctors for HBP, BL Diabetes, joint pain, psoriatic arthritis, and best of all, that feeling that I was carrying 900 lbs anchor around..GONE! My bloodwork is perfect as of 2 weeks ago. Interestingly...I HAVEN'T BEEN SICK SINCE I STARTED.. Not even a cold.

Dr Rhonda actually eats a balanced diet of plant based and meat/fish too... The problem is most people switch to plant and see a huge benefit because they cut the crap out Thier diet... You can easily do this eating less meat more veggies and not having to supplement one bit. Meat plays it's role in the diet, but unfortunately people eat meat much more frequently then we are supposed to.

an example aleady known since way last century is a queen bee. a female bee embryo has the genes to become either a worker - bee or a queen bee. however, which one she becomes depends on which gene set gets turned on. and this follows how she is reared . in particular on the food she recieves. yes , get fed the right stuff and , like magic , you become the most specialized member of the hive this information i came across last month in a 1976 book by r. dawkins ( the god delusion dude ). the book is called 'the sefish gene' . see chapter 10 on the group on insects called hymenoptera

Even these types of ppl know that folic acid supplements dont help and r harmful. These ppl r missing something else that causes this issue. Its glycine and its methylene bridge. It directly methylates Tetrahydrofolate. Serine takes an extra step which is for the thymine production.

Nice presentation. Impressive delivery. It seems any stress in manageable amounts will improve your life. Wim Hof does cold and breath techniques and gets solid results, even results applicable in hot situations. Although he says his breath technique boosts your oxygen it actually stresses your body with oxygen deprivation... and results in improving your oxygen uptake. Stress at a very easy and basic level. I'm sure that all the benefits noticed here are also results of stress-breathing. Check it out. No sauna required. Peace, B
