As a sealed collector, I am always willing to pay more for mint condition (no box creases, dents, no plastic rips, tight plastic wrapping, sharp corners, and flat top with the flap not pushed in or out). I like things looking neat for my own personal collection.

It matters to me if the box is still cheap/affordable I’ll make sure to get them in mint condition. If it’s something like evolving skies in a bit more lenient (as long as there’s no rips in the seal)

a slight crease probably won't bother me, but if the plastic looks so weathered and worn it's just a skip from me. Maybe if someone was opening it it would matter less.

As a sealed investor, plastic wrapping on booster boxes and ETBs are very important, same goes with outer brown box in sealed cases. I normally only buy from my area LCS, as they take good care of packing their shipments. In addition, I pay 2.50 CDN (one time) for bubble wrap, even with sealed cases (as the LCS will put the sealed case into another larger box). I ended up reusing the long chains of bubble wrap when I finally put the sealed products in storage bins. I try to get sealed cases of booster boxes; as each of the 6 boosters inside are pretty much minty. I just have to worry about the condition of the outer brown box of the case. This impact the premium sealed price of the box too. 🥴
