They have to be mixed by hand since the whole build is done except the balcony/patio as they had issues and we weren't able to work on them till they were corrected. According to capitalism theory, you will succeed if you work hard enough. This man didn't succeed, therefore he is lazy.
@ride0RgetR0DE0n8 жыл бұрын
Are you dumb or something? People who work hard are not guaranteed success just like you aren't guaranteed anything in life but those that work hard will have a much higher chance of succeeding. You also have to pick you work. If you work hard in manual labor you will never get anywhere. Maybe use logic once in a while it will keep you from looking stupid.

I live in Austria and in my country, we have a union of unions. They are all working together and bind their ressources when negotiating working conditions and payment. They even represent you in legal issues when you don't have ressources for a lawyer, they support public health care systems, protect your rights as a tenant if you pay rent... They basically work for the wellbeing of the people. The gov doesn't give a flying shit about us, they are all in the pockets of criminals, and we don't really have a democratic system, but the unions managed to give us pretty good lives

We start work at 2am and finish around 4pm then the next crew works from 5pm-10pm my boss stay for all of those shift and after work he makes sure everything is prepared for the next crew.
