I think as an ENFJ personally, you forget to mention our importance of valuing abstract ideas and thoughts, we get very bored of being fed the same factually information over and over again- big difference btw us and the ESFJ.

The ENFJ thing about forgetting and needing to feel good is so TRUE. My clinical faculty have said "Look at all the good things you've done over the semester, you really did a lot". Me: I did? Really?!?! I don't think I did..

My ex is an ENFJ. He is probably the most forgetful person I know. He even once said that he is prone to do the same mistake twice or even more, because he forgot how it feels or the impact of that mistake, so he try to do it again. He sometimes worry he gonna get Alzheimer when he is old. He got his gene checked and the result came out he has a high chance of Alzheimer in his DNA. Wow Chase, you are wow!

Haha I do the same! I'm an ENTJ and have Si trickster too so I forgot the impact about the mistake and keep doing it! An example would be not sleeping for a day or two when having lots of work and thinking I can handle it well, but each time after I sleep I can't do anything for 2 days... but I keep doing it, because maybe it was just in a bad mood or something? This case is surely not similar at all, and I will manage it well this time...

ESFJ: - What "should" I do? - often clean freaks, critical about "how" things should be (eg. judging son-in-law) ENFJ: - What do I want to do? - poor memory

I’m an esfj And you are right. Many have called me snobby, pompous, pretentious, elitist, etc. But I feel like I’m down to earth. I’m excellent at managing my finances. So I am able to live a luxurious life even with a budget. I consider myself to be practical. until someone gets to know me personally. .. then I’m told I’m very caring and friendly. I can tell I annoy people with my neatness-obsession with cleaning. I’ve been told my place looks like it came out of a magazine. But I can serious annoy people with my organization

I thought I was ENFP when I am an ENFJ I also thought that my mom is an ESTP when she is an ESTJ and I am still trying to figure out my other family members, we have a big lack of communication so I would really love to know the types and how to communicate with them better. You know I find it really interesting how we we take the tests and we keep changing which MBTI's we are, I find that the reason why it's hard to stick to one MBTI is because humans aren't meant to be fixed, we are constantly changing for as long as we are alive so Personality type isn't actually stable, it can be changed or stable but I think we have a choice here, rather than seeing it as a fixed event, I find that interesting, I seem to be many of it most times.

Still, sitting around not acting out on that desire makes the Ne critic just more paranoid. It all bottles up until it's too much. =|

Im super, super forgetful, I love recognition and always worries about making sure everyone's has fun. I was the one to make the move on my husband haha he never did so I did all the moves. I know what I want in life and have very high expectations for people . That sucks !! I had to worked on that. oh and definitely learn how to check and proof everything before making any decision. like double check and check and the ask around then check again then ask around and pray alot then more research. To finally make my moves.

Cuz i am an infp and an enfj is into me, and she is very nice but sometimes is kinda childish/like to have fun/drink something (i mean i think it is controlled but usually this things lead to other stuff). Instead esfj i think like more routine and are less "party hard" but then again the don't know what they want cuz they have trickster NI and may do stuff without thinking at consequeces, while enfjs have SE meaning they are fun loving, so pick your poison??

"Treat other how you want to be treated". The essential principle of most if not all rule systems, be it a religious following, a learning institution, societal law, or even a simple board game. I don't find that to be a covert contract, therefore I don't see the need to explain to my partner why that essential principle should be applied or even augmented in our romantic relationship. But other than that, I wouldn't say I use any other "covert contract", except that debt must and will be paid. Whether it gets paid to its original lender or not (kinda like karma). @CSJoseph

the definitions change every few years.
@CrimsonWing67
@CrimsonWing67 4 жыл бұрын
@@CSJoseph I am quite sure the definitions have not changed, at least for the past 20 years. In fact, there were times where clinicians thought Alzheimer's = dementia but they never separated the symptoms in such way, Dementia is an umbrella term for all conditions that result in progressive neurodegeneration impacting cognition. Alzheimer's, which is a type of dementia, tend to affect Short term memory first. Other types of dementia may or may not affect insight, behaviour, speech, motor function etc first but most dementia, including Alzheimer's tend to affect immediate cognition and short term memory first. In short, the classification of dementia and Alzheimer's is incorrect; The symptoms you have described for both syndrome/diseases are incorrect; Your cognitive functions affecting which one you are more likely to get is definitely incorrect because no empirical method for classification of cognitive function types exist. If no classification system exist you cannot correlate these diseases with what type you are. You may be able to speculate based on your previous experiences assuming everyone you have typed has been typed accurately, but it will be poorly informed at best since the only way to confirm Alzheimer's disease is to actually inspect a dead brain under a microscope (although doctors can diagnose based on circumstances with fairly good accuracy, it is by ruling out other causes of cognition loss), and how many people have you typed realistically ended up getting Alzheimer's for it to be an accurate correlation? I do like your videos, but this is Ti/Te verification you emphasise all the time. If it is "what I suspect is that these types...", I won't have any issue. But for you to claim something, I would like some sort of solid knowledge behind what you are saying. I still stand by the fact that it was a good video and I really liked how you compared the two types. Thanks.

I'm sorry but, this really confuses me. My husband has so much ESFJ traits, and he forgets everything and he finishes nothing and he does everything for everyone else. I can remember everything (past and where he puts stuff) your test told me I'm an ENTJ, I did some other tests and it always flip flops between ESFJ and ENFJ. I had a lot of time with my mother that did when I was 12 and I took a lot of her traits, like the directness and I like to give people tasks to do (how she did because she could not move because of Multiple Sclerosis). Because I grew up in many different families (before and after my mother died) I on one side always had my ideal in mind and I also tried to make everyone of the family happy. Another thing. Yes, I want to get labald. But if my husband does it, I don't like it, because I think he has so low expectations, It seems to me.

She's probably an enneagram 3 Enfj. She lacks the mental stability of an Esfj. Enfjs give off this Venutian vibe whereas Esfjs seem more homey. I don't know what I'm saying. Just what I observed.

I thought Si being all about remembering everything was a baseless stereotype and Si relies on whether a truly sensory memory created at the time or not. So remembers weird things but not necessarily everything

C.S Joseph... Are ENFJs always considered "direct"? I'm very friendly and tactful but I don't consider myself "direct". Everything else lines up for me as far as ENFJ.
