Aren’t you supposed to not put big chunks in the tub as it’s not a blender? You’re supposed to blend then freeze to not break the machine

As someone that owns a ninja creami here is my fav recipe for people that have one :) 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 2 large ripe mangos 1/2 cup sweetener (ur choice be creative) 1 tsp xanthan gum 2 small egg yolks Recipie: first take your egg yolks in a bowl with your sweetener mix it nicely Now boil your almond milk, whole milk, and heavy whipping cream in one pan! Once it’s at 80 degrees Celsius add in your chopped mangos Once done slowly combine the eggs and the liquid for it to not scramble, put it back on heat until it reaches about 90 degrees Celsius (on low heat) Once that’s done put it in your creami container with your xanthan gum and combine them nicely Put in the lid and let freeze for 20-24 hours (necessary) Now put it in your creami in the ice cream setting and (optional) add some freeze dried mangos as the mix in! I think for best results let your icecream chill in the freezer for 30 mins Once done ENJOY :)!!!!!!!

@agnimitraroy2777 it comes with a 1 year warranty once you register the product. I've had mine for about a year, and it's still going strong. I agree with the other commenter regarding the frozen fruit. I usually mash fruit with a fork or potato masher. Lol. You basically want it to be smooth without any big chunks.

My newest favorite recipe London Fog Ice Cream 1l 10% cream 4 Earl Grey teabags 4 egg yolks 100g sugar 1tbsp vanilla Pinch salt Heat cream to a simmer. Steep teabags for 5 min in hot cream. Blend sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and salt. Temper egg yolk mix and then add into hot cream. Heat slowly until it thickens enough to coat back of spoon. Cool 6 hours in refrigerator. Freeze 24 hours. Whir up in Creami. Enjoy 😊

The Creami Deluxe is 24 oz, the regular is 16 oz - you have 33 oz of cream here. If you're going to post a recipe, at least make it in increments to match the machine, please.
@absurdusername951925 күн бұрын
@@CraftHarlot sorry. I'm just a regular Joe home cook. I just make my mixes and spread them over a few pints. The recipe I posted here is based off an Ice Cream base for an Ice cream machine and not the Creami. If it doesn't fit I spread it over another pint and don't worry if they're a bit short. My main goal is the overall taste and texture.
