@@takingdownkeyboardwarriors6498 Who's his best win than?
@takingdownkeyboardwarriors64984 жыл бұрын
The Meme Connoisseur There were so many on his roster it is hard to choose. He went through every opponent they threw at him for a solid decade. Belford, Griffin, Sonnen twice, Henderson, Franklin and many others in and out of the UFC who were the elite of the time. Only people who started watching MMA recently would think he did not wipe out the best fighters of his era. His last few years after his injury were his worst. But in his decade of reigning as champion and record defenses he fought the best fighters of that division and made them all look as if they just started. Sonnen gave him his toughest fight the first time but he destroyed him the second fight, and he arguably beat Bisping as he beat the face off of him until Bisping was allowed to continue after being knocked out at the end of a round. He lost that one to a decision in England of all places, after he decided to lay back the last rounds. I can agree his last years were lackluster but even Stylebender could not finish him while he was past his prime. His reign for a decade over the best of his era, even champions, is never questioned by serious analysts or the fighting community who followed him from the beginning. His record of title defenses was broken by one fight in a division with very little top competition for DJ and average fighters at best, so it is like the kindergarten division, even though I love DJ. I respect your opinion it is just that his dominance over former champions is absolute fact and historical record now. He still holds several unbroken records in MMA and is still considered by most the Greatest MMA fighter ever with only Jon Jones and maybe still Fedor in that conversation. I like almost all of the fighters because I am a Martial Artist and fought as well. Knowing what is required gives respect for all of them. But, having a favorite is an opinion and understandable so I can concede to anyone who simply likes or is fascinated with any other fighter. 😎
@H.K.54 жыл бұрын
