I've been a diabetic for close to 10 years. It is a mix of both type 1 and type 2. I've been able to reduce my A1C drastically over the years by diet but, no matter how much I lower my carb levels, I still feel I have a lot of insulin resistance and belly fat. I started taking HMO's last week and already notice an increase in energy. Hoping that by adding this to my diet it will finally get my A1C to a lower level. It has been running between 6.2-6.4 these last 5 years. I started eating a lot of probiotic foods in the last 6 months and notice an improvement in my health.

Great information! Question-- Is there any problem if I put the whole apple With skins into the Joel Greene HMO smoothie? That would be my only fructose for the day. Also-- Can you do a new interview with Joel? Thank You!!!!
