shadow work and why we all need it
I spent so much of my life running away from negative thoughts. When I wasn't running from them, I was trying to fight them. A lot of times, they would win and I would buy into a lot of my insecurities, self doubts, and worries. I finally realized that my anxiety was coming from the fight I was putting up with my negative thoughts.
Learning to sit with, observe, and learn from negative thoughts has honestly started to change my life. Doing shadow work is giving me space to work through limiting beliefs that were holding me back from a lot of inner peace and success. In this video, I share how I got started with shadow work, how I use it to deal with self doubts on a daily basis, and how you can to.
