Great informative video. I’ve often been focused on lower calories foods but I’ve been seeing a nutritionist recently and she’s helped me to see the importance of higher quality foods even if they’re a little higher in calories because of the way certain lower calorie food can negatively affect our bodies especially our gut. So higher quality whole eggs and higher quality butter for example as well as the milk we drink. She also talked about taking in more protein so thank you for this video because it helps bring awareness to the kind of foods we eat to fuel our bodies 😊

The things you said about therapy were spot on. My eyes kinda watered because it turns out we are on similar journeys and you said everything I've been also figuring out or learning to master. The exception is I haven't tried Pilates yet, but I already know where I'm gunna try and I'm gunna surprise my friend and bring her too haha. Great message over all. Love it.

I’ve literally just been watching all your old vlogs 🩷 was just watching the pink food and thought it would b perfect to do again because of the Barbie movie🩷 I’m a total beginner and want to start doing weight training and teaching. I’m excited but intimidated to start. Not sure where to begin with adding weights and creating a plan. Thank you for another fantastic video. I love your channel, your calm aura is just amazing. You are so so beautiful. ✨

Hi Olivia. Thank you for sharing your journey and the tips. The part about exercise really resonates with me. Most of the time I would just randomly decide which exercises to do when I decide to excerise and I would find that I am all over the place with no direction and that would make me less motivated and not really give it my all. Can you do a weekend vlog/routine? I throw away all of my progress on the weekends and can't seem to visualize a healthy yet fulfilling weekend routine

I love these informative videos! It helps me and my journey with trying to figure out why I’m bloated and inflamed most of the time. It makes me feel sluggish and heavy, like you said! I need to be more mindful of what ingredients are in the foods I choose.

Can help with this! It's a bit of a process, go through this website and book in a few initial consult calls with about 3/4 different councellers, then see who you like the vibe of most/connect with! Give them a try and go from there, its kind of like dating! I prefer to do zoom calls so not in person as a bit easier with my schedule but you could also try in person if you make the radius local.
