Hi Olivia, love watching your content especially for inspiration 👍. About the amount of protein intake, as much as I would like to get more protein in one meal, from multiple articles that I have read, our body can absorb only 20-30 gms per meal. Just wanted to put that out there since it may be more beneficial to consume protein throughout the day.

Heyy! Thank you so much!! So for breakfast you can add your eggs straight into pan to save an extra bowl! The other recipes are mainly just air fryer so you can use air fryer papers for the inside of them if that makes sense? ❤
