This makes sense. When my anxiety was at its worst, knitting helped me. I have a coach now who says that when I feel anxiety, it’s an energy I should use to move into physical action. That has made a huge change for me.

Thank you for sharing your wisdom. People are either afraid of what has not happened yet or are being anchored by what's happened in the past. It seems so easy and logical but it's really hard for people to be focused on the present. That's where having a coach like yourself is crucial. A coach who has experienced and overcome similar challenges can provide the right personalised framework to empower seekers to become more self-aware and take charge of whatever programming/conditioning that does not serve them. Keep putting great content, keep helping people to connect to their genius and leverage their potential fully.. More power to you!
