Awesome content, as always. Since I’m early in the comments, maybe you’ll see this. I’ve watched all of your content regarding e-commerce and have been a subscriber for quite a while; I joined the FB group to continue my work on this subject. However, every post, including comments, that I made asking for tips, pointers, advice etc was deleted. I noticed multiple posts that were almost identical to mine; basically asking the same thing or seeking tips on a specific topic. I found this to not only be extremely irritating and discouraging but also misleading. I feel a group should be more about helping one another in the group topic rather than getting in there to post success screenshots for likes and pats on the back. I have left because of it. I hope y’all make it a more inclusive environment focused on truly helping one another gain the type of success that is posted all day every day in there.

Hey Ben! Do you think this works for clothing as well? Since the market is a lot more competitive, products are potentially less differentiated, and consumers are more inundated with emails from clothing brands, I worry that they would be hesitant to sign up to a waiting list. Could this potentially be done by measuring CTR or some other metric instead? Thanks so much, this video was awesome!

I would usually use leads. But you could use sales - you just need to optimise for a conversion event that is triggered after people sign up.

That's the nature of a Facebook following I'm afraid. If you want to reach a larger percentage, you need to run ads.

Instead of putting ads just put organic posts without ads for at least 30 posts and then doing minimal ads then u get some genuine followers to see your regular post🎉

Hey Ben, I'm facing a lot of problems with my Facebook ads. Initially, my ads were performing fine, and my offer was working well, resulting in sales. However, my CPC was high, so I made some adjustments to my creatives to lower it. Unfortunately, after these changes, I lost all my momentum. It's been over 10 days now, and I haven't had any sales. I'm still targeting the same audience that previously brought in sales, but my CPC has skyrocketed. Is there something wrong with my website, or is there an issue in the backend of the ads? Yes you can still drive sign ups as not many people will check out the account. But it would help to have more going on.

I’m not saying you’ll get 25% of those people on the waiting list to convert. I’m saying that would you will get about a 4:1 ratio on waiting list sign ups in comparison to purchases. So if you actually had the product available, that might be what you get in terms of purchases. Obviously that will vary between products/services
